ABOUT

Rinova Ltd has a long history in the delivery of employability and skills programmes aimed specifically at the creative industries. Encouraging entrepreneurial skills, mobilities programmes that offer artists the opportunity to work in other EU countries and projects that move aspiring or established creatives closer to their chosen career paths, are all part of the rich history of Rinova’s creative industry delivery.

In September 2022 as part of the Mayor’s Academies Programme, Rinova Ltd was successful in receiving funding to develop a new Creative Academy in London. Funded by the GLA, ESF and the Mayor’s Office, Rinova’s Creative Re-Work programme was one of only two creative projects chosen from a large number of project ideas, aimed at developing an innovative approach to careers information, advice, guidance and support for those wishing to develop sustainable careers in the sector.

Whilst Rinova have a long and successful history in delivering career guidance and employability training, we believed that a fresh, new take was required to support both practising and aspiring performers. Our offer was designed and planned by artists, for artists – delivered by professionals from within the industry, to ensure it met the very specific and individual needs of its target audience. Although the initial GLA funded programme has been successfully completed, this commitment to deliver interventions that are designed by artists for artists is now continuing under the Creative Re-work umbrella.

Through working collaboratively with professional dancers and performers, industry representatives and advisors, we have put together a programme of activity and support that truly addresses the needs of those who are trying to enter or re-enter the creative industries as performance artists, choreographers and dancers. Our offers are varied and continually evolving and you will find new initiatives being constantly added to our menu of activities.
